All members of the S.A.C. are subject to disciplinary action. We ensure that all members are treated fairly and equally, and appropriate disciplinary action is taken if any shortcomings are identified.
The Management Team is responsible for addressing Minor (Mi.), Major (Maj.), and Gross (Gr.) failures to meet the specified standards of behaviour/performance outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Any member who has been disciplined due to a Gross (Gr.) failure and wishes to return to the S.A.C. at a later date will be allowed to do so at the discretion of the Management Team.
