Any incident involving a member of the S.A.C. that violates our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) must be reported using the correct Chain of Command (CoC) at any time, by anyone.
If there is sufficient evidence that the incident occurred and it is indeed a violation of our SOPs, then the Management Team will take disciplinary action. Any unfounded or fabricated complaints will also be addressed accordingly, based on severity.
If a complaint is made through any of the previously mentioned methods, the following information will be collected:
Once a complaint has been submitted, the accused will be contacted. The accused will also be contacted following the conclusion of any investigations that have taken place. The exact findings and results will be shared with the person(s) involved, but may or may not be released verbally depending on the severity/sensitivity of the situation.
If your Chain of Command (CoC) is not aware of an issue, they cannot take any action. All issues must be reported through the CoC, unless it involves a member of that CoC, to ensure that your complaint is addressed properly and promptly.
It is the responsibility of every member of the S.A.C. to not only follow the established SOPs but also to try to address any deficiencies immediately. If unable to do so, the incidents should be reported for appropriate handling.
The goal of the S.A.C. is to create a fun and entertaining serious milsim environment. However, unprofessional behaviour or actions that may disgrace or dishonour the S.A.C. or its members are not allowed.
If an issue passed up has not been addressed within a day, you have the right to escalate it to the next rank in the CoC or report the matter directly to the Management Team.
